CHALLENGE

Dr. Martinez Plastic Surgery was losing to regional competition and needed to rank higher in search results for plastic surgery related keywords. Dr. Martinez also faced issues with his online reputation and needed it to be more positive and representative of his business quality.

OUR SOLUTION?

We used a two-fold approach to address both issues. First, the pay-per-click advertising campaigns he conducted were not effective in driving people to click on their advertisements due to poor optimization. We enhanced his Google Ads campaigns through competitive analysis on keywords used and improving advertisement language. Each campaign was continually tested to determine which ad was most effective for his business.

The second issue to be addressed was Dr. Martinez’ online reputation. He had very few positive testimonials which led people searching for him to feel uneasy about his quality of work. Through positive review aggregation methods, testimonials integrated into a new web-design, and social media engagement, we thoroughly improved Dr. Martinez Plastic Surgery’s online reputation. We successfully increased traffic to his website as well as conversions due to his positive reputation.
